ebay ratings and reviews
ebay is one of the Worlds largest online market places making ratings and reviews essential for vendors.
eBay has a system of “negative”, “neutral”, and “positive” feedback as well as a 1-5 star rating across four criteria; Item as described, Communication, Shipping time, and Shipping and handling charges.
This means ebay gives you the opportunity to give an “easy” overall rating of the experience as well as a giving more detailed feedback.
ebay written reviews
The ratings mentioned above are accompanied by a written review. ebay offers the choice of some pre-defined reviews such as “Good buyer, prompt payment, valued customer, highly recommended.”. This means that written reviews on ebay often have a low sentiment analysis score – as we explored in our blog post on how reviews vary from platfom to platform.
How is this included in the deemly score?
